Excellent letting management services
We used Belvoir as our local letting management agent in Liverpool for a few years and all the team have proven to be excellent at all levels. The full management service has been well worth it as they take care of all aspects of the let and manage it effectively including at the end of the let period. Rebecca has been especially helpful recently in sorting out the end of tenancy details including managing issues with previous tenant. Highly recommended as a local estate agent in Liverpool

Exceptional service from start to finish.
I had a fantastic experience with Belvoir, thanks to the outstanding support from Rebecca. From the very first interaction, she was professional friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress free. Never been happier with any other estate agents
i have been dealing with Belvoir since 2021 and i'm so happy to keep the collaboration with the office. they are very quick, efficient and so helpful in any trouble (if happens). would recommend the office for any of my friends and family

Inspection Report Review
Moved into apartment in April - first time renting a property so this was a first inspection. Haris carried out the inspection quickly and thoroughly, and answered any questions. Everyone at Belvoir has been excellent and we would recommend them to everyone.

Repairs to bathroom lights
Nathan has been very helpful and attentive with regards following up an electrical issue with my bathroom lighting and a replacement of my CO alarm. The original contractor let us down but Nathan found a very fast alternative who attended the property within minutes of a phone call. Great service, thank you.
