Haris recently arranged regular inspection of property I rent was easy to arrange and estimated time was agreed. Haris arrived on time was friendly polite and very helpful as always. All staff at Belvoir really do give proactive advice and service in efficient and friendly way.

As a landlord who lives outside the city I do get the feeling they look out for me and help me very step of the way. He co-ordinated numerous issues which occurred in a very short space of time, keeping me in the loop throughout. My gas service was carried on 31st March 2025 as arranged and the contractor was friendly, polite and helpful.

We would highly recommend this service. We had several repairs needed for our bathroom and boiler, they were all done quickly and to a high standard.
