Superb Experience

Amy at Belvoir is an absolute gun!

I recently changed letting agents after Adam gave me the confidence that they could let my two-bed quickly and, most importantly, vet and secure good tenants. Amy has been my main point of contact since then, and she successfully secured a 12-month let with professional tenants, with only a two-week gap between the previous tenants moving out and the new ones moving in. She was extremely thorough and detailed in following up with the exiting tenants to ensure the property was showcased in good condition, and she managed the handover with the previous letting agency seamlessly. Together with her colleague, Nathan, she also obtained several comparison quotes for refurbishment, and the new tenants are over the moon with the results. Belvoir have been responsive, direct, and very supportive—especially valuable for an overseas landlord like myself. Everything has gone to plan so far, and in fact has exceeded my expectations. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but in this case it is thoroughly deserved. Amy and Belvoir have been faultless.

Knowledgable & Exceptional service

I have been using Belvoir Liverpool Central for nearly a decade. 'Property is Personal' is the centre slogan of Belvoir and Mr. Rastall has treated my properties in that way. Adam leads a team of very knowledge and capable team of property consultants. Had an issue with a tenant (which unfortunately this can be expected) but Adam & his team were able to deal with it swiftly and came to a favourable outcome. It is the support every landlord needs when there's any issue. On a day to day basics, the team is always helpful & effective. Even small issue can make a tenant feel dissatisfy, Kyle always deal with it quickly and kept me informed. I highly recommend any landlords who is looking for a Pro-active agent who look after you as your best interest and yet treat tenants in a friendly & professional manner.

5 star service, all the time!

Belvoir have been letting my property for a couple of years. They are prompt with queries from myself and the organisation and management of tenant issues is excellent. So prompt, organised, and as far as I know, they have never dropped the ball. 5 star service through and through!

Helpful and friendly

Super easy to contact and very proactive in getting any problems sorted which is always appreciated. Always keen to help us with issues that we’ve had in the past, and they’ve been particularly great in sorting out our most recent problem with a leak in the property.
