Moved into apartment in April - first time renting a property so this was a first inspection. Haris carried out the inspection quickly and thoroughly, and answered any questions. Everyone at Belvoir has been excellent and we would recommend them to everyone.

If you are looking to rent a property, don't go with any other letting agency, the liverpool central office death with Myself and my partner, it was a smooth process through out, honest and open about the property, Kostas was brilliant, Great Job Guys!

Repairs to bathroom lights

Nathan has been very helpful and attentive with regards following up an electrical issue with my bathroom lighting and a replacement of my CO alarm. The original contractor let us down but Nathan found a very fast alternative who attended the property within minutes of a phone call. Great service, thank you.

For almost 8 years the team at Belvoir Central Liverpool have been looking after our 1 bedroom flat in a highly sought after central Liverpool location. They've taken great care to look after our interests and thanks to their professionalism and diligence the flat has been well maintained and is in great condition. Over the past few months we've been particularly grateful for Rebecca Bush's tenacious help and support when our recent tenant had challenges paying his utility bills. Thanks to Rebecca and the team they achieved a mutually appropriate resolution of the matter. We can’t recommend Rebecca and the Belvoir team's knowledge and expertise highly enough and are delighted to continue with them as managers of our flat.
