I was having a number of unusual and complex issues renting my apartment in Liverpool. My tenant was not only subletting my property on an ad hoc basis; she was also illegally it out on AirbnB. They have done a truly fantastic job of not only gulding me through the complex legalities of changing tenant, but also renovating and then finding a new tenant, in record time as well.
