Exceptional team
Belvoir’s an EXCEPTIONAL team. As a landlord I have faced several challenges; special thanks to their amazing group of staff especially property manager Nathan Louter who is extremely competent in managing the property and solving issues efficiently. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Helpful and responsive
Nathan has been very helpful and responsive when we have had issues with our flat. It's really helpful to have someone we can go to to speak about any problems that we are having.

Great service…. again
My tenancy agreement was up for review. Kyle was very communicative and told me my options. I extended the rental for 2 years and am very happy with what he negotiated

My experience with Belvoir
I have been renting from Belvoir for over a year now, from the start they have been incredible, swift and efficient in getting us into our apartment. They are very good with communication in regards to maintenance and inspections, any issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently. The staff are very honest and transparent which is a great benefit. I have just renewed for another year with Belvoir and hopefully will be with them for the foreseeable future
