Having received the service from Rebecca Hoyles I did I would certainly not recommend Newton Fallowell Lincoln she was totally unprofessional to our needs, moving home can be very stressful and frustrating, however during a telephone conversation with a director of the company to have thrown in your face 'are you picking a fight with me' for questioning an update, I really question her actions! I have given 1 star because of the actions of Abbie who in my mind is very professional and relates to the needs of the customer, she is an asset to the company.
They need to be more professional on how to handle things rather than accusing people. If someone is within their law they just can’t be rude and accuse people. Unprofessional experience.
Newton Fallowell clearly care more about money than anything else. Living next to their properties is hell. They obviously don't vet their tenants so after living next to weed smoking partiers for a year, and having been told "we can't do anything about it" every time we've complained, we're at the end of our tether. They should take care to rent properties in residential areas to people that aren't going to cause a nuisance. If you live next to a Newton Fallowell managed peoperty, MOVE!
Awful estate agents, don't respond too any complaints or repairs. Rude on the phone when you want too complain. Left us with a numerance problems. Won't work with you at all. & when you leave a bad review they act like a stroppy teenager ringing you up asking you too remove it.
1 star rating and the only reason for that is because I am required to do this before I can write my review. My son has received appalling service since living in one of their properties. No complaint is ever listened to, instead it is brushed under the carpet. Just a few of the complaints Dishwasher is broken Water marks on the ceiling Patio door locks broken Front door lock broken( when the locksmith finally came round he left the front door wide open with no one home) Smoke alarms going off constantly every 10 minutes. (My son was electrocuted from this and taken to Lincoln county hospital in an ambulance on Saturday evening. When I contacted them on Sunday they said they would get someone out. Did this happen? No it did not! 3 small children in the house with a smoke alarm going off every 10 minutes. I had to get them all to stay at my house for the evening. Left notes on the windows to apologise to the neighbours and call the police so they were informed in case anyone else reported it. They returned home on Monday and it was still going off. Finally they sent someone out). When my son left a review he was telephone by Rebecca from Newton Fallowell and told to remove it. Everyone is entitled to leave a review regardless of circumstances. I will not be removing this review regardless of what is said to my son. As for what you said about his personal circumstances and how would he like it if you put that on your reply to his review. In line with the new GDPR laws I would be very careful. As soon as I get that A&E report you will be hearing from me.
I would not recommend this agent to anyone at all.. The attitude of staff is appauling.. I have not managed to speak to one person there who knows what customer service is about.
This branch used to be good but has gone downhill very fast . Staff and management rude !! If you leave a negative review they ring you and challenge it in an unpleasant manner . Communication appalling . Customer service appalling !!. Complaints are ignored and they seem to condone the rude behaviour of staff . I've moved my houses to another agent ... Best thing I have done !! My advice is to go elsewhere !
