After dealing with many estate agents, I genuinely believe that this is the best estate agent in Lincoln. I dealt directly with Steve, Abbie and Karyn and right from the start, they were not only polite, welcoming, and efficient they also delivered and exceeded expectations. I can't thank them enough for making everything run so smoothly and making buying a house seem so effortless when I know that is far from how it is normally. Especially in the current sitution. They were always there to take calls and even if they weren't they always phoned back as soon as they could. The one thing that stood out for me was the professionalism, not once did I have to chase them for something id asked for, they always did what they said they would do, which is so hard to find.
