Recently used Newton Fallowell to find a property for my mother-in-law to rent, as well as buying our house through them last year, and I am using them as the managing agents for my flat which I am letting out. They are always friendly and polite, quick to respond and happy to help. I've had a much better experience with them than other chain estate agents, and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

After dealing with many estate agents, I genuinely believe that this is the best estate agent in Lincoln. I dealt directly with Steve, Abbie and Karyn and right from the start, they were not only polite, welcoming, and efficient they also delivered and exceeded expectations. I can't thank them enough for making everything run so smoothly and making buying a house seem so effortless when I know that is far from how it is normally. Especially in the current sitution. They were always there to take calls and even if they weren't they always phoned back as soon as they could.
