Particularly unsatisfactory experience with Mundy's Lettings. I have been chasing multiple times over the last few weeks, after guarantees from members of staff that a request will be 'sorted in the next few of days and we will let you know'. This same message has been given to me for the last 2 weeks. If a request will take longer that a few days, then honesty is the best policy, but I have not experienced this in Mundy's case

Would of been 0 star if I could of gave nothing - I used them to fully manage my house rental (wasn’t cheap) but we made it clear we would always be moving back into the property as it was our family home and wanted it looking after, what we got couldn’t of been further from that and they were absolutely not interested in anything unless it was in relation to them making £££, what we moved back into was like squatters had been there (they hadn’t) and even then mundys maintained it was ‘minor issues’ wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole knowing what I know now, use at your own peril.

Worst estate agents I've ever ever had to deal with. There money grabbing, rude and lie through there teeth. I would strongly advise that you avoid these at all cost!! Before you make a big mistake and regret it like many before you!

Horrendous experience they employ pathological liars. Also it appears we were buying off Jesus because he was dead Saturday and hes alive today. I know its easter weekend but really! They declined offer which is fair enough they said they had spoken to owners ( which was family) now being told owner is in a care home and not dead and awaiting to hear if hes accepted offer. Been told a higher offer has been made yet property been empty above a year and noones viewed neighbours told us this. Also the amount of post confirms noones been in a long time. They just want swindle money out of people and are not acting in a professional manner. Top tip Mundys staff if your going lie at least tell co workers what crap youve said so when they speak someone else they won't get a different story. We had rang to offer more however as I said due to not being sincere and honest we will look elsewhere maybe you can tell the seller this.

Awful, awful, awful. Would definitely not recommend. Terrible service and really poor complaints handling. Gave wrong information and definitely did not make the selling process easy. Wish I could give a negative star rating
