Our experience of this company is very dishonest using tactics to drive prices up. We submitted an offer on a property (asking price) and more viewings were confirmed after our submission..was quite obvious these guys intensions and the bidding battle began. Seems great from a selling side however I wouldn't waste your time or money buying from them.

I would give minus stars if possible. Absolutely terrible. Do not rent with them. Never bothered to address maintenance issues. Totally lack of communication across teams. I had the someone from the sales team unlocking my front door thinking the property was untenanted!! I could go on with the issues but bottom line, go elsewhere. Don’t bother with them.

Awful experience as prospective tenant with this company. Enquired if landlords would accept pets at one property and they didn't even bother coming back to me.... Enquired about another and spoke to somebody called Hymie, who was extremely rude, arrogant, ignorant, unprofessional and spoke to me like a piece of dirt on the bottom of his shoe..... I stated I would be paying 6 months rent upfront and he demanded 12 months rent upfront, insisting that the landlords would not consider a standard 6 month rolling tenancy, without even asking the landlord first....It was not stated on property details that it was a 12 month min agreement..... Kept me on the phone for extended periods of time, demanding I answered invasive questions, before even having viewed the property.....Told me the property already had an application/let agreed, then changed his mind and said was still available...…. Would not accommodate any of my viewing times offered and demanded I fit around his diary..... Had to call him again myself to chase up, even though he had already had agreement of pets from landlord, but hadn't bothered to contact me to arrange a viewing.... Only offered me impossible times & days for viewings, despite giving him very flexible viewing times..... No flexibility, respect for my time or any understanding of my situation.....So rude & unprofessional, continually spoke over me in an aggressive, controlling manner.... I wouldn't fancy renting any property under their management.... Disgusted!... Wouldn't trust these clowns as far as I could throw them!.... Deluded and on some kind of a power trip, with a bad attitude towards tenants.... Think they are above the law....AVOID...….

I was supposed to be contacted as I booked to review a house, which I found out was sold subj.to contact. Not only I wasn't contacted, I had to find out via the house owner. After ringing Mundy's they said they left a message on my phone, which clearly I hadn't received. I don't drive and it took three hours to get home! Please could Mundy's ring their potential clients in the future so they can arrange things around work!

Never any floor plans...
