No people skills what so ever

Treat tenants appallingly!! Once they have received their monies they wipe their hands of all responsibility and withhold deposits with no grounds/reason/right to do so! Now having to deal directly with Deposit protection management to get my deposit back from Mundys that rightfully belong to me

This is a ridiculous letting agent. They don't even deserve 1 star! They want to make money on everything. There is unreasonable admin charges they keep applying.

Rented through Mundy's over the last year. Began the tenancy with no central heating or hot water and told to 'fix it ourselves'. Ended the tenancy with difficulty due to extremely poor communication causing undue stress. Find another agent.

Requested a valuation online. Web messaging system acknowledged request but had no contact either by phone or email.

Very.poor Not only did they generate NO viewings after all the usual promises...in all the time it was marketed with them I didnt recieve ANY phone calls or emails to advice of any interest or marketing strategy VERY DISAPPOINTING

Worst agency ever. When you leave they say you never cleaned it and a tiny mark on the wall requires a whole flat re paint apparantly and they take £800 for this. They never fixed the problems we had at the flat either and also fire and safety regs were definitely not met with regards to fire escapes. And other regulations. Dont care about the people just the money

From start to finish communication was poor. Their choice of reference company were inept, Mundys staff making assurances then going back on their word. I'll never suggest anyone touches them for rental or sales. A total shower.

They did not show up to an arranged viewing. I called and asked if the estate agent was coming, I was told to try and ring the door bell they may be in there already. The tenent answered the door and showed us around. The tenent said the same thing happened to them. I haven't heared anything from Mundys since.

Agent told me, that the house I was about to buy has no dump issue. Sadly I believed. Huge mistake to trust them 😕. They must have known, yet chose not to inform me. I felt really disappointed. …
