Chancellors Lightwater

Wanted to say thank you to Duvanet who was great showing us around a couple of homes today! Thank you very helpful

Duvanette very informative very helpful. Great estate agent Thank you so much

We have a great views in good areas today with Emily. She is lovely and attentive. Thank you

We ask Martin Jakins at Chancellors to initially give us a valuation for our late mothers house for probate but instantly knew they were the right fit for us, he was brilliant from start to finish, always kept us updated. It wasn’t the easiest time for us, but Martin made the whole process much easier and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Martin and everyone at the branch.

Martin Jakins and the team were incredible. From first point of contact with Martin, the advice and service were exceptional

Duvanette just kindly showed us around a property in Ridgeway Close. Very professional individual, meeting us with a warm smile. Extremely informative and polite during the visit, and allowed us time to fully view the property and ask questions, which were all answered . Great attitude and a very friendly chap.

An excellent experience from beginning to completion! Martin and Emily were in hand to assist with all questions throughout the process - their patience has been amazing as it’s been a challenging process to say the least. Knowing they were always on the other end of the phone was such a security to my partner and I. Safe to say if and when we come to sell again, chancellors will be the first firm we call! Thanks for everything guys!
