A letting agent at my local branch has provided poor customer service, ignoring emails and phone calls - all I want to do is book a viewing. Get the impression that she's decided I'm too difficult to deal with due to my limited availability as I work shifts for the NHS as emergency ambulance crew. I've also been unable to find contact details for the branch management to raise my disappointment with them.

We bought our house through Chancellors in Lightwater and now six years on, we're also selling it through it them. No matter which side of the transaction you're on, the service is excellent.

Georgina Turner from the Chancellors Lightwater branch was amazing at finding suitable properties with our specific requests for a property. She was very proactive in helping us find the perfect home, and where there were properties coming onto the market, she would call us to recommend to go view the property that ticked the boxes with our requirements rather than wasting time seeing houses that weren't suitable. When viewing the property, she was very knowledgable when asked questions. She also had some great knowledge of the local area which helped us make an informed decision.
