Although Franchesca was new she showed a professional helpful approach. She was not at the time receiving the support from her managers so I was impressed with all her efforts
They’ve moved to a dingy cottage on Upper St John Street, and told no-one, not even their head office knows where they’ve gone, and gave me the Bore Street address when I phoned to ask where they’ve gone. Gives the distinct impression that they’re cutting costs and on the verge of going under.
Viewed the house in the dark, locked rooms no electricity and claimed rental fee was higher than advertised. Took me 6 months to sort out debits on gas and electric meters with no assistance. Have had visits from trades people with no prior notification as they claimed they could not contact me by phone, email or text and in one case as the electrical inspection company office staff "are not very good"
Never sold, bought or rented from this company however my husband has done some work on the properties they manage He has not received a penny for the work he’s done. He has contacted them several times and is just ignored. Apparently this is a regular occurrence from this company, they take the money from the landlords but don’t pass it on to the contractors. Certainly wouldn’t want these guys dealing with any properties of mine
Trying to get my deposit back is a joke from this company, heard every excuse going, now they can’t find it in the system! Waiting weeks now Avoid at all costs
I've been a client of this branch for several years, but I regret to say that the quality of their service has significantly declined. I would not recommend this estate agency to others. Their management fees are quite high, and their service is unacceptably subpar and unprofessional. Currently, I am awaiting payment for August's rent income, despite knowing that the tenant paid it to the estate agents a month ago. Furthermore, my July statement indicated that they had paid me two months' rent, which was inaccurate. When I brought this error to their attention and pointed out the absence of August's rent, their primary focus was on correcting the statement. Phone calls made to them go unanswered, and as of today, I have still not received the rental income for August 23.
Good job they don't run a brewery as everyone would be sober!
Don’t touch this company totally incompetent with private rental tenants never respond to calls constantly chasing and being passed from pillar to post they say they will call back but never do , report emergency faults do not fix !!. Had two broken radiator’s during winter still not replaced 🥶 since November. Plus loads of other problems with property ie hole in kitchen ceiling (that’s been there for over 2 years ! ) leaking ceiling in laundrette , broken garage door windows that are so bad when it’s windy the curtains blow. Customer service is just zero rated , complete nightmare so frustrating we pay our rent on time and do everything we should as a tenant yet they fail evey time!!!… 😤😠NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
