Myself and my partner applied for a rental property via Goodchilds. They were very speedy with our references/ what needed to be done. They had us moved in within 2 weeks of applying for the property! Amazing efforts and friendly staff at the Lichfield office with extra thanks to Hollie for getting us set up/ sorted on our move in day.

Moved from overseas into a rented property with the help of Goodchilds. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They went the extra mile given my overseas add a few extra complications. Hollie, Vicki and Jason did a fabulous job!
