This is the second property I've rented from goodchilds with zero issues, the team have always been quick and efficient getting back to be and I've always been kept up-to-date with what's going on. I highly doubt it'll be the last time I use them and can't recommend them enough.

Vicky was very quick to respond to our issue in the rented house. I was kept updated by email and phone, and a tradesman was arranged and with us within 24 hours. Thanks for the super response. All is well again!

Dealt with Vicky at the very stressful time of moving from rented to our own home and I couldn't have asked for more. She was fantastic and I would highly recommend Vicky and Goodchilds to anyone. All the best to the whole team

Goodchilds have been absolutely fab! I’m on my second rented property through them and the transition between moving from one house to another was brill, the girls in the office are lovely and so helpful. Can’t fault at all.

Rented for 6 months. Had no trouble, house was in a great condition when we moved in, Land lord was great. When we moved out, we got the full deposit back( - checkout fee)(house was in same state when we left), staff were friendly and helpful. Has been one of the best companies we have rented from.

Francesca has been very

Francesca has been very effiecient and quick to react on a roofing issue at my house in Lichfield and has in my opinion always kept my interest at the fore front of the issue. Francesca took the time to find the best deal in the shortest time scale and has been updatingme regularly on progress. So from my point of view a well worthy employee with dedication and drive on keeping Belvoir Lettings in good stead. Many thanks to you all for your sterling work, Paul.
