Very bad experience with this agency, drove 40 mins each way for a viewing, to a house they had withdraw info from. Cannot recommend, and would suggest not wasting your time with them.

AVOID this place! Lousie who answered the phone is abosultely helpless. I phoned yesterday (21.07.2022) to enquire about a property in Hitchin and she said someone would get back to me. (they never did). Then I called again this morning and apparently she recognised me as she said: "ah you are the one who wants to know if a kitten is allowed in a property?". Then she goes: "from previous conversations I had with this landlord he doesn't seem to want a pet". Is Lousie guessing here or just trying to get rid of me on the phone? I was highly interested in seeing other properties in the area as well , but with this rubbish customer care and her lack of interest in offereing other places I simply gave up on Isabelle Estates. They are losing a good client today! I shall look at another decent and respectful place now.

Enquired about a property, email exchange very rude. Definitely won't be using them for future housing enquiries.

Just went to take a look of a property in Garden city and we were told that we will receive call once they contact the landlord. They explained to us that is gonna take one to two days .Anyway we were waiting one week without answer. Very poor service, no communication at all. When we called them back after week we found out that we were not even register in the agency. Don't recommend it at all. The prices for references also are doubled compare to another agencies for same properties.
