James has been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. He went way above and beyond what he had to do in order to help me and made what had been a stressful time a manageable one as he did all the work! Throughout the sale proceedings he also dealt with a difficult tenant on my behalf which took so much stress off me so I could focus on other things. The fee he charged me was below average but the service I received was well above average. Having dealt with other Agencies in the area for both lettings and sales, I was both surprised and ecstatic to receive such a positive experience from James when I had only ever been let down and disappointed with the other Agencies. In my opinion, anyone who does not use Isabelle Estates for either Sales or Lettings would be missing out on the best service they could possibly get.

So impressed with James and the team at Isabelle Estates. I put my house on the market with them after an initial consultation with James and great advice about the area and what I could expect to get for the house. He really put a lot of effort into advertising the property, from the excellent photos, well written description and finding suitable matches. I had 4 viewings within the first few days and sold it within the week. I actually had this property on with a variety of other agents as well and didn't have one viewing from them. Even after an offer was made he helped me every step of the way and was on hand whenever I needed him. To say that I was impressed was an understatement.
