We sold our house with James and the team at Isabelle Estates. We chose them not only because of the lower commission price but also because they're pictures of other properties they had for sale were above and beyond that of other better known high street estate agencies. They really had a great eye for making a house look amazing, and maximised the light and space of each room. Which really helped with selling our little end terraced house. The team were really approachable and considerate so I felt totally comfortable with contacting them to ask for changes on our listing or for extra pictures etc. We went away for a weekend and were totally happy to leave James and his team to show our home to people through out the weekend, they worked really hard with several bookings in just a few days. When we lost our initial buyer they went all out to contact previously interested parties and got us another buyer within 48 hours ! They were always willing to take our calls and that of other agencies as things got very heated and complicated towards the end. James remained a calm middle person between ourselves and the buyers/solicitors/other agencies, even though I would have wanted him to get a little more heated with our buyers, who were messing us around a little. But in the end it all worked out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. The whole team were great.

You get the price of an online estate agent but the service of a high street agent. Can't recommend them highly enough. James has been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. He went way above and beyond what he had to do in order to help me and made what had been a stressful time a manageable one as he did all the work! Throughout the sale proceedings he also dealt with a difficult tenant on my behalf which took so much stress off me so I could focus on other things. The fee he charged me was below average but the service I received was well above average. Having dealt with other Agencies in the area for both lettings and sales, I was both surprised and ecstatic to receive such a positive experience from James when I had only ever been let down and disappointed with the other Agencies. In my opinion, anyone who does not use Isabelle Estates for either Sales or Lettings would be missing out on the best service they could possibly get.
