Isabelle's Estates was recommended to me and with a low rate fee and accompanied viewings I was happy with what they had to offer. They did not disappoint, James and his team offer a great personable service that I feel many other agents lack. I was kept informed regularly and my views taken seriously. The photographs taken were excellent and almost made me not want to sell! My house sold within a week and I was very happy. After a very poor experience with a well known agent (who were a total bunch of amateurs at vast expense) I contacted James at Isabelle, and what a contrast! Isabelle Estates sold my last property, really quickly and efficiently. The staff especially James are professional as well as being approachable and friendly. Isabelle Estates sold our house for us last year. We had tried other Estate Agents in the area, and had become disillusioned with Estate Agents in general as there seemed to be no-one interested in even looking at our house. Then we noticed a “For Sale” board from Isabelle Estates around the corner, which very quickly became a “Sold” board. We contacted James, and from there, he worked with us on a plan to get our house sold for the price we wanted in an efficient timescale. James was good to his word – he found us a buyer very quickly and worked with us and them to achieve the price we wanted. He then worked well with our Solicitor and pushed the buyers Solicitors to get the job done for all concerned. I would recommend Isabelle Estates, very friendly and good service. The only downside in the year I was renting from them was that they were hesitant to fix issues with the property.
