I put my house on the market with them after an initial consultation with James and great advice about the area and what I could expect to get for the house. He really put a lot of effort into advertising the property, from the excellent photos, well written description and finding suitable matches. I had 4 viewings within the first few days and sold it within the week. I actually had this property on with a variety of other agents as well and didn't have one viewing from them. Even after an offer was made he helped me every step of the way and was on hand whenever I needed him. To say that I was impressed was an understatement. I would and have already used Isabelle estates again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or let.
