Belvoir only did the tenant finding part of my letting, I contacted the landlord directly after that. The process was fine but staff didn't seem amazingly 'can-do' when I needed to print a copy of a bank statement. If I hadn't argued for them to let me print it from their office it'd have held up the process for a few days unnecessarily.
