I have regular contact with Liam who provides outstanding customer service and is always helpful and cheerful even in the most stressful situations and always puts the customer first. Liam is a pleasure to speak too and always keeps me up to date. I always feel confident that he is going above and beyond to get to the bottom of things.

I don't usually write reviews however I felt compelled too for Martin & Co. Similar to previous reviews, since Liam has taken over as property manager their has been no issues. His customer service is exceptional, he fixes issues fast and they have introduced new systems for tenants to log and report issues, thus they get fixed quicker. He is doing a tremendous job and long may it continue.

When looking for a flat, I got in touch with Martin & Co and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. Umair was beyond resourceful and professional, and for that I would be happy to recommend checking them out.

Liam Varley has always been proactive and helpful. It is refreshing to be able to speak to somebody who immediately makes you feel at ease; if Liam has not got the answer to any query he always gives a time frame for him to report back with the details. Liam is a credit to Martin and Co.

I recently chatted to isobel who works with the property management team. She is very pleasant to chat with, fantastic attention to detail with a great understanding of properties in the area. EFFORTLESS AND SWIFT SERVICE I was absolutely impressed from the start to finish service I received during renting my apartment. I am very happy with the service provided. They worked hard to find a tenant for our city centre flat. Lauren was very efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly along the way.
