I have regular contact with Liam who provides outstanding customer service and is always helpful and cheerful even in the most stressful situations and always puts the customer first. Liam is a pleasure to speak too and always keeps me up to date. I always feel confident that he is going above and beyond to get to the bottom of things.

My experience with Martin&Co thus far has been none other than excellent. I have been living in Leeds for almost 4 years now, using different estate agents and having various landlords for each year, with each one ranging from frustrating to down right atrocious. In contrast, Martin&Co have treated me wonderfully, not as potential profit, or as a young person who is easy to scam, but simply as a person looking for a home. Each staff member I have had contact with has taken the time and care to explain things properly, even going so far as to contact me and arrange viewings on the same day as new properties have become available. I would like to mention Umair in particular, for making me feel comfortable and at ease during viewings, and for being genuinely happy for me when I was accepted for my current property.
