Fantastic

moving house is always stressful, but it's felt like a walk in the park with Marcus at Martin and co! Any questions I had, or even answers I hadn't thought of were promptly given! Such friendly service, any updates during the process were notified to me very quickly!!

Really helpful and friendly, made it an easy experience

Superb level of service.

Claire has managed our properties in Leeds for approximately 18 months and I cannot rate her highly enough. Communication and attention to detail are key, and Claire achieves this with ease., and always with great courtesy and professionalism. We are travelling abroad long-term and have left our properties in the very capable hands of Claire and the wider Martin and Co team in Leeds. We are never in any doubt of their commitment.

Very Helpful and understanding

Michael was very understanding and helpful with finding the right house for myself and 3 work colleagues to share. He also helped with the handover and was very thorough and made sure it all went smoothly. Thanks Michael!

Very good letting agency

Claire, Michael and the team at Martin & Co are very friendly and professional and they're working hard on our student property. We've had a few jobs to complete in a short space of time and they've been diligent, calm and helpful. I would recommend them.

Very helpful and transparent letting agent

I was looking for an apartment while living in another country, which is always complicated. The staff has been always nice, helpful and professional, both by email and when I chose one of their apartments. Everything was fine when I entered in the apartment and they helped me to fix some small things. Recommended!
