Isobel, who showed me round the property, was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the local area. She's also been extremely helpful during the signing process and has responded to all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The staff in the office were also very approachable and helpful.

I haven't met Liam in person, but he's clearly very able and committed to his role. He also has the perfect upbeat personality to deal with what must be a pretty stressful job at times. Thanks for your excellent service.

I wish I could honestly put 12 stars for Liam at Martin and Co Leeds. Ever since he took over our account I’ve had absolutely no issues or problems, whenever I need something done Liam has already done it with a massive smile. He makes the whole process of being a private tenant a pleasure, he is truly an asset to the company. It’s rare to see someone who excels above and beyond in their job role but Liam does! Recently rented a City apartment through Martin and Co, from start to finish they were fantastic. We had a lot of interactions with other letting agencies who were quite frankly horrific, so it was very refreshing to deal with someone who actually knows what there talking about. On the dat we moved in we met our Property Manager Liam who again was fantastic. He broke down all aspects of the move and was very accommodating. There were a few minor issues we noticed over the first week and a simple email to Liam and it was resolved the same day. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co to others.

As a landlord I have been more than happy with the services of Martin & Co., especially Isobel who took time to get to know me, listened to my requirements for a suitable tenant for my 1 bed flat; then with efficiency and professionalism sourced the right tenant for me. Would highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews however I felt compelled too for Martin & Co. Similar to previous reviews, since Liam has taken over as property manager their has been no issues. His customer service is exceptional, he fixes issues fast and they have introduced new systems for tenants to log and report issues, thus they get fixed quicker. He is doing a tremendous job and long may it continue.
