Been a tenant with Martin & Co for 3 years and happy with the level of service I've received to date. The property is good value for money and important maintenance issues are usually dealt with quickly. I didn't expect that with a landlord living in Monaco. Expensive and convoluted signing system if you're self-employed however, which led to my partner outlaying over £200 to apply, in return for being given consistently vague and opposing information by three different employees. Was a stressful period. HOWEVER, this was partly due to Lauren Schofield being away at the time, who is absolutely the most competent and attentive person I deal with at the agency, so I'm lucky to have her email. Heard good things about Michael too - not had the pleasure yet.

I have been renting a flat with Martin & Co for nearly a year now, and I have found this company to be the best private lettings agency I have ever dealt with. The staff are friendly and polite. They helped find me a very affordable flat (395 pcm) in the centre of Leeds after another agency turned my application down for simply wishing to rent in six month periods at a time. Their property management service is good - it is nice to talk to someone about repairs that need doing, even if they take their time a bit to get things repaired. Central Leeds is a noticeably diverse place and the Martin team reflects that, so you are made welcome in their office near Leeds Bridge, whatever your background.

Martin and Co (Leeds) have looked after my two properties in the centre of Leeds since I bought them in 2006. I have been very pleased with the service provided over this period of time, good tenants have been found quickly and any general problem that may have arisen has been dealt with satisfactorily by Khaqan . I am now in the process of selling both of my properties utilising Martin and Co and again I am very satisfied with the level of service provided.
