I've rented through Martin & Co in Leeds for over three years now, and I've recently requested to renew my tenancy in January for a further twelve months which hopefully illustrates that I find this agency very dependable and professional. I have for those three years almost exclusively dealt with Lauren Schofield whom I consider to be particularly efficient and equally likable. And despite how undoubtedly busy she is every day, she is always keen to be as helpful as possible whilst having a reassuring and calm manner about her which I personally believe is a great attribute in any circumstances but especially in a role such as Lauren's. Martin & Co Leeds City

Overall, the staff at this office have been very friendly and helpful. I have been living in this property for almost 2 years now with minimal complaints. If anything was in need of repair, it was quickly arranged with a contractor and fixed. When the property has needed to be reviewed, the office was helpful to work around a time and day suitable for myself. The only complaint I have is that we have been through many letting agents/managers, so the communication could have been complicated but this hasn't affected our relationship with the staff or the tenancy.

Difficult move done swiftly and easily

Sue dealt with my letting and has been very friendly and prompt for anything needed. I would happily use her again. Unfortunately (for me), Sue was on holiday the week running up to my move in date and I didn’t get any communication about the process or timings of the move, I had to call and ask what was going on the day of. The inventory was also a frustrating experience. There was nothing major to report but a lot of smaller defects missed and bigger issues were significantly down graded in status. That said, I sent all the pictures and concerns noted to Sue and I had a maintenance team around the same day.
