Relocating from London to Leeds felt like it was going to be a stressful task, but it was made significantly easier thanks to Holly. I went to view a property with her on the Saturday, she was down to earth and gave me honest advice and opinions during the viewing. I called on the Monday to confirm I was interested in renting the property, and by the Friday it was all confirmed. Holly and the team at Martin and Co were always quick to respond to emails or phone calls and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. Holly was especially accommodating when it came to the distance and not being able to visit them in person at times. Highly recommended.

From the outset, Michael and his team went out of their way to provide excellent service. They listened to my concerns as a landlord and pointed out what they do differently to other letting agents in the area to make sure my property would be looked after correctly. They were incredibly diligent in sourcing prospective tenants and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Even when things needed changing at the property, they went out of their way to make it as painless a process as possible.
