Excellent communicator, takes ownership of issues, great customer service

Of the various managing agents we use, Martin & Co of Bridge Street, Leeds and Claire Dearlove, in particular, provide a level of service which far surpasses others. Claire ensures that our property is managed in a seamless and professional way. Communication is excellent with fast response and ownership of issues as they arise. Claire makes us feel we are valued customers, represents us extremely well and quite rightly ensures that tenants needs are quickly handled. Fantastic service!

Golden Best Estate Agent on Planet Earth Award

When we bought a flat in Leeds, Helen went the extra mile time after time to bring about the sale, especially when the negotiation was difficult and the transaction was held up for some time. She is a pleasure to deal with - efficient, prompt and true to her word, The first estate agent we've met who does what she says she will do and rings you back with a progress report. Also extremely helpful managing letting details for our flat, which she looks after for us (particularly important to us because we live in France). She is thoroughly deserving of the 'Golden Best Estate Agent on Planet Earth Award'' There is no competition worthy of the name.

Lauren Schofield at Martin and Co is an excellent property agent.

I am in the process of moving to Manchester after about 16 months here in Leeds. Finding work in Leeds hasn't been easy, but I am pleased to say that Martin & Co are the best lettings/estate agents in Leeds. I have had regular contact with Lauren. She is always kind and courteous. She has listened to me when maintenance issues have arisen, and we have got them sorted out successfully together. I have no hesitation recommending both Lauren Schofield and Martin and Co.

As this is my first time renting from an estate agency, I should say that it has been a very easy and smooth process with Martin Co. from the start. I was able to move very swiftly and everything was done with complete professionalism to make it a more pleasant experience.
