Second to none service and a great result

I met Holly while viewing a property I wanted to rent. Holly always greeted with a smile and had a professional attitude throughout. After I had viewed the property, I decided I wanted to go through with an application. Holly was constantly in touch through the whole process updating me every step of the way. I am very heavily pregnancy and Holly would go that extra mile, by replying to my E-mails after office hours. It was my first time renting, Holly would be very comprehensive in explaining what stages I would need to go through to secure the property. Holly is an asset to Martin & Co and I would recommend this company based on the experience I had with Holly.

I originally wanted to view a property but as it was very popular, it was booked up. However, Holly kept me updated and when there was an availability, she got in touch with me and very efficient to say the least. When I turned up at the property and met Holly, she greeted with a smile, was friendly, welcoming, positive and upbeat which I believe is the perfect way to be if you are providing customer service on a daily basis. Well, the apartment in general was not what I expected, very cluttered and messy but with Holly's good, warm personality and information she provided with regards to the apartment, it softened the blow of how bad the apartment looked. With that being said, although I did not proceed with the property, I can highly recommend Holly as a brilliant agent, a lot better than most I have encountered throughout my time of property viewings!

Lauren is just great, Always trying to accommodate my request, professional, punctual, and easy to work with. Michaels service and support has always been outstanding throughout the letting process for me. He was able to quickly capture my requirements in terms of location and layout of the flat I was looking for and was equally quick in submitting for my consideration a few good options. He has always offered a friendly, professional and unbiased view of each place without pushing me into making a decision. Once the tenancy was agreed Michael was still there to provide friendly advice or to help me out with any other issues I might have had due to my long periods out of the country. I could also count on Michael’s thorough knowledge of the Leeds property market when I was choosing a flat to buy in Leeds even though the flat was not sold through his agency: he even came out with me to visit a few of them. I'd like to thank Kate for her recent inspection and valuation of my apartment in Chapel Allerton. Her attention to detail and advice have been second to none.
