Professional efficient and lovely staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I recently asked Martin & Co to sell 2 x flats with permission to demolish and build a detached house. To value and get the best price for this is difficult. Kate and Elizabeth tackled the problem with great professionalism and produced an excellent sales pitch. This generated lots of interest and viewings. The viewings were handled with great expertise by Sue and she soon had offers on the table. Sue dealt with the offers with enormous skill and I have no qualms in saying that she definitely negotiated the very best deal possible for my sale. Thank you to the whole Martin & Co team. You were brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend you and indeed will always use your excellent services for any property sales or purchases I may have in the future.

I've rented various properties around Leeds using different letting agencies each time and I would definitely say that Martin & Co has provided the best all-around service so far! Particular mention goes out to Eirinaios who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Not only by being super patient with answering our extensive amount of questions but by being super responsive and personable as well. Would definitely recommend! Thank you.

I'm very happy with the services of Leeds Martin and Co. The personnel is extremely helpful and wiling to answer all your queries. I would like to specially thanks one of their agents, Eirinaios (or Papi) because he was the one that showed me multiple flats before choosing the one I am currently living in, he listened to my needs, he explained everything in detail and he was very pleasant and professional.

Eirinaios was amazing from start to finish. From showing us around properties all the way to getting the keys, he was personable and friendly and answered all of our exhaustive questions. He was also wonderful with the application process, despite a few tech hiccups and was in constant contact with us. Our new landlord raves about him, and we would defo recommend him as well! We had a few disappointing experiences with other letting agents, but Eirinaios was head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you!

Out of three Evaluations they had clearest advice and looked at detail.

Bronagh was extremely helpful and responsive when helping me sort of my paperwork! Much appreciated.

Papoui was very helpful and kind through the process of getting my apartment. He answered every question I had and he always reply fast.

Alex and Bronagh were very helpful along the way the whole rental process went smoothly.

Eirinaios Papoui was very helpful in helping us to move into our new apartment. He made the transition very easy, would definitely recommend.
