They went beyond what any other estate agents had offered and they delivered everything they set out to do. Even when I sold my flat and my purchase fell through, they provided me with a rented property within days at a great rate and were very flexible on my moving out date. Martin & Co Leeds have been the best estate agents I have had manage my tenancy. The process was really simple and the people I dealt with for viewings were professional and fast to get back to my queries. They use a nice interface to help manage your tenancy and give you a dedicated Property Manager who is your go to person for any questions or problems. Isobel has been great with us and really helped us with bumping up the moving date a couple days earlier which meant I wasn't homeless! She has been very professional and has sorted out every issue we have raised. She is also very considerate which is refreshing as I was used to having my questions and issues totally ignored! So far it has been very pleasant and I hope I will have the opportunity to use them again in the future!

Liam Varley (property manager at martin and co) is brilliant. He sorts any issues very quickly (within the same day as they are emailed across) and they are always resolved and to a high standard.
