Recently rented a City apartment through Martin and Co, from start to finish they were fantastic. We had a lot of interactions with other letting agencies who were quite frankly horrific, so it was very refreshing to deal with someone who actually knows what there talking about. On the dat we moved in we met our Property Manager Liam who again was fantastic. He broke down all aspects of the move and was very accommodating. There were a few minor issues we noticed over the first week and a simple email to Liam and it was resolved the same day. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co to others.

My experience with Martin&Co thus far has been none other than excellent. I have been living in Leeds for almost 4 years now, using different estate agents and having various landlords for each year, with each one ranging from frustrating to down right atrocious. In contrast, Martin&Co have treated me wonderfully, not as potential profit, or as a young person who is easy to scam, but simply as a person looking for a home. Each staff member I have had contact with has taken the time and care to explain things properly, even going so far as to contact me and arrange viewings on the same day as new properties have become available. I would like to mention Umair in particular, for making me feel comfortable and at ease during viewings, and for being genuinely happy for me when I was accepted for my current property. Additionally Lauren, who helped me with my paperwork. My new home is exactly what I spent the best part of 5 months looking for, which I most likely would not have found without Umair's help. I have had the privilege of working with Rohan and Isobel at Martin & Co for roughly 6 months now and I can whole heartedly say my experience as a landlord has been fabulous. Having worked with a variety of estate agents in Leeds & London for over 10 years across 5 different properties, this is by far the best experience I've ever had! Rohan and his team sourced great tenants for me who are caring for our home and paying rent on time. Consequently, Martin & Co always pays my share of the rent within 24hrs of the due date, no complaints or chasing required whatsoever. Isobel's meticulous nature ensures she always has the care of my home as her 1st priority, including its security & preserving its quality. She has supplied me with the most detailed inventory I've ever seen, making sure every inch of our home is included and in tip top condition. She has overseen all contractual work, making sure it is done to perfection before signing off. She coordinated with my previous (awful) estate agents, spotted and sorted out the messes they left behind and helped deal with unpaid bills from previous tenants also. As managers, both Isobel and Rohan are always available, polite, professional and efficient. They always responds to me, are often on their emails, working beyond their hours, and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to them, I have complete trust in Martin & Co and can promise they are well worth the money!
