In the current rental market, I was struggling to find a flat and was lucky enough to meet Kate, who gave me invaluable advice even though they did not currently have any properties available. She then used her expertise to negotiate a parking sublet agreement with the landlord on a property that was coming onto the market which would have otherwise been out of my budget. Jess then took over management of my rental, being incredibly helpful throughout the process of signing for the property and getting all paperwork in order. Beth was then assigned as my property manager and has been very responsive and helpful with any queries I have had. The few minor maintenance issues that have arisen in the first few weeks of my tenancy have been resolved quickly and efficiently- with people sent to fix issues either the same or following day from when they were reported, despite them not being particularly urgent. Even whilst my property manager was on annual leave, any queries I had were immediately resolved by Sue. Every interaction I have had so far with Martin & Co has been respectful, polite and efficient. They are the best letting agents I have ever had the pleasure of renting with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in Leeds.

Nadeem Khan was extremely helpful in ensuring I was able to move into my new home, before the end of the year. There were many hurdles but he overcame them all, and stayed professional and decent throughout. If he has more grey hairs than before taking on the challenge of the house sale, it didn't seem obvious.
