I have to agree with Amy who did the last review although I don’t know her. Sue at Martin and Co definitely goes above and beyond. I often get things wrong (my age) even asking the same thing twice but Sue always patiently explains and although I am sure she is super busy, she always takes my calls. A quick note to say how brilliant Hafeez has been since taking over management of my property. Whilst I am very happy with Martin and Co in general, since Hafeez has taken over day to day responsibility it has made my life a lot easier. When a problem occurs he will firstly call, identifying the issue, provided a solution and then follow up with an email. As a landlord this removes the admin burden and I can rely on Hafeez to sort the problem in a time and cost efficient manner.
