Back in 2018 we signed for a property in Rothwell. We had delt with Sue. She was amazing in getting a hassle free tenancy signed for and moved in quickly. During our later months before ending our tenancy, we delt with Haf, absolute cracking agent! If you had a problem, he could and can get it sorted for you! We've since moved out (2023-24) through no fault of the agency or the landlord. We have moved into social housing. Our time has come to an end with Martin & Co. But I'd never hesitate to use their services again! 10 out 10... for service and care. 5* Rating for the agency overall!

As a first time buyer the process has been very new to me but they have not only been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable but also very empathetic towards me as i was a little overwhelmed at times with the process!
