Sue who looks after our portfolio at Martin and Co is the person you need looking after your properties! We are always well informed / kept up to date on the properties both while tenanted and in between tenancies. Sue takes care of everything for us giving us time to focus on other projects which is a massive help! She is full of knowledge, always polite and our tenants always seem to have a good relationship with her too! Any landlords looking for a hassle free service I couldn’t recommend sue and the team enough!

A special mention to Hafeez Saeed, Portfolio Manager at Martin & Co Leeds City for going above and beyond to help me resolve a maintenance issue relating to a faulty light switch at the property I am currently staying at. He was prompt, courteous, and highly professional in ensuring my complaint was resolved as quickly as possible and to a high standard, as it could have been costly on my part if not resolved in such a manner.

I've just bought my first property through martin & co and Nadeem and Kate couldn't have been more helpful and kind. As a first time buyer the process has been very new to me but they have not only been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable but also very empathetic towards me as i was a little overwhelmed at times with the process! From organising a thorough video viewing and putting in an offer right through to completion and key collection, Nadeem and Kate answered countless questions and went out of their way to help me! Kate and Nadeem at Martin and Co recently handled the sale of our flat in Brewery Wharf, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Kate particularly worked so hard to make sure our sale went through, and did a brilliant job of managing all the other agents / solicitors in our long and very complicated chain. It was really helpful working with an agent who knows Brewery Wharf so well as she knew all the ins and outs of the rules around leasehold sales. Would 10/10 recommend!
