The team in Leeds is very approachable, and the properties they manage are in good/excellent conditions. They also make good use of technology to make the processes easy for the tenants. They can truly be trusted. I felt like I could ask any questions and ask for help whenever needed. And I always received help and a quick response.

I am very happy with the team at Martin & Co, Leeds city office, for their fantastic response time in addressing the issue of water supply leakage in the kitchen. Just wanted to shoutout Sue who has been fantastic since making contact with me. I live in a property that had flooded and our previous letting agents were less than helpful. I was left with no flooring and stains all over the walls and ceilings due to the flood - this continued for three months. Fortunately, my landlord moved us to Martin & Co and in the short time since we started with them, we now finally have dates for decorating and flooring to be put in. The empathy and dedication shown by Sue to get this sorted quickly has been so reassuring and meaningful after what has been a dire few months. Thanks again Sue and the extended team.
