Great service & follow up

Renewal feedback

I have been patiently waiting for a tenancy renewal but wasn't sure how long it was going to take. I contacted Martin Co and Haf answered. I knew of him through word of mouth on how good he is at getting things done. I asked for a renewal as my property manager wasn't available at the time and he managed to get it all done within the hour or me ringing whereas previously I had waited a month. So from my single experience with Haf I can understand why people said he's good to have. Cheers Haf

Great communication & service

Thanks to HAF who handled all of our issues very quickly with no need of chasing. Whenever I logged an issue, almost all the time, the next day the maintenance was booked. Whenever we had a different problem, Haf was there to solve it. Above expectations, honestly.

Fantastic Service

I have been using Martin & Co for a number of years to manage my rental apartment in Leeds city. I had a water leak which caused extensive damage to the apartment as well as other areas of the building. Sue Wilson came to my rescue on a late Friday afternoon and went beyond my expectations in getting a plumber to sort things out as well as to reassure me things were in hand. Her follow up has been timely and professional and I am not sure what I would have done without her. I cant recommend her and her team enough.

Hafeez

I had a power cut in my property and I called Martin and co for this issue, thank god that Hafeez was the person who replied!! I don’t think anyone would take it that seriously and try his best to solve this problem, update me with everything and being patient.

Review for Sue

Just wanted to shoutout Sue who has been fantastic since making contact with me. I live in a property that had flooded and our previous letting agents were less than helpful. I was left with no flooring and stains all over the walls and ceilings due to the flood - this continued for three months. Fortunately, my landlord moved us to Martin & Co and in the short time since we started with them, we now finally have dates for decorating and flooring to be put in. The empathy and dedication shown by Sue to get this sorted quickly has been so reassuring and meaningful after what has been a dire few months. Thanks again Sue and the extended team.

Hafeez is really a great person who has the interest of Martin and co at heart. He was able to make believe that I didn't make the wrong choice selecting Martin and co.
