Exceptional experience

I was very fortunate to have been helped with finding a flat by Rebecca, who was friendly, kind and reasonable, even when negotiating through her with the landlord. This did not degrade her very professional attitude, which meant I could trust her throughout the process of renting out a flat, and I was able to ask all those questions that have to be asked even if I felt awkward asking sometimes. From previous experiences I thought it was rare for estate agents to support their tenants so carefully, but the rest of the team are delightful too, so perhaps I was wrong.

From my calling to indicate in the house I had interest in to the finalisation of the process, you guys really made its seamless. Met Rebecca twice, and both times she was excellent—an absolutely lovely person to talk to. She made the viewing an actual experience rather than just a boring walk around an empty flat. Great communication, great knowledge about the flat, and unlike other agents, she actually talks about how you can see yourself living there—what your feelings are toward it, and so on. If you have a viewing with Rebecca, you know you're getting the best!
