Renting with Martin & Co has been an amazing and peaceful experience for me. My property manager, Sue Wilson, is very knowledgeable, professional and transparent. The team in Leeds is very approachable, and the properties they manage are in good/excellent conditions. They also make good use of technology to make the processes easy for the tenants. They can truly be trusted. I felt like I could ask any questions and ask for help whenever needed. And I always received help and a quick response.

Martin and Co have handled the rental of our apartment for the last 4 years and always quick turnaround of re renting at end of term. Haf always quick to answer any questions and arrange any maintenance requirements.

Spoke to Dammy who helped me with my enquiry. Very efficient and has an excellent telephone manner. Although I couldn’t find a property that was suited for me, he was helpful regardless and professional.

I have been letting my property out with Martin and Co for many years now and solely using Sue as my contact and she’s been a pleasure to work with, with her honesty and pro active approach to managing my apartment to the point I trust her judgement in making certain decisions!
