Dear Ricardo, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry to see that you felt our service warranted a 2-star rating. As there are no comments accompanying your review, we unfortunately don’t have any insight into what aspects of our service fell short of your expectations. We genuinely value feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve and, where appropriate, address any issues through further training and development of our team. If you would be willing to share a little more about your experience, we would be very happy to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to contact our office directly so that we can better understand what happened and see how we can assist. Kind regards Elizabeth
