Alfie at Belvoir recently sold our much-loved family home, which had been let through another agency. He was unfailingly polite, friendly, and professional throughout the process, even though we were probably pretty demanding clients. He cheerfully went above and beyond, even helping prepare the property for sale when our letting agents let us down with decorators etc. He always responded quickly when asked for an update and kept the channels of communication between us and the buyers open. One tiny suggestion is that it would have been nice if Belvoir had kept us up to date without us having to ask. But we wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thanks Alfie.
