I live abroad and bought a flat in Leamington Spa which required quite a lot of work before it was ready to let. Belvoir organised all the work for me which was carried out to a high standard and the day after it was put up for rent, I got a tenant. Very professional and friendly. Now I have been letting the flat for a couple of years and I would like to say how satisfied I am with the service.
