We really cannot fault Alfie at Belvoir! He has been on top of everything from day 1, he had our property advertised quickly, gave us good advice through-out the process and was at the end of the phone all of the time to answer any queries, always positive and happy to talk. My son rented student accommodation in Leamington Spa through Belvoir. Throughout the entire experience they were responsive and professional. A dedicated student letting team certainly helped the process. Having left the country during lockdown, and as yet unable to get back, Belvoir was very understanding in arranging access to the property so a relative could move his things out.
