We recently engaged the services of Belvoir to sell our property in Warwick and we were visited by Alfie who gave us a valuation which we agreed to proceed with. A walk round video was carried out by John which was very good and which showcased the property for prospective buyers to see online. We have ultimately agreed a sale with our prospective purchasers and are awaiting completion via our conveyancing solicitors who were recommended by Belvoir also. Alfie at Belvoir recently sold our much-loved family home, which had been let through another agency. He was unfailingly polite, friendly, and professional throughout the process, even though we were probably pretty demanding clients.
