Some Webbers agents have got no empathy with people in regards to mental health problems while renting from them in Launceston . I think it’s absolutely disgusting, because they are working daily with numerous amounts of people I think they should be going on mental health courses how to react and be with people who are severely depressed with anxiety et cetera. The last phone call I made I had to drop the phone. I explained that I got mental health problems And I needed help with an issue, and she said I’ve got problems. What a way to act and speak to somebody who’s depressed severely with mental health issues ,I’ve got problems she said, yeah okay Mrs we all got problems, but I’m just stating a fact. i’m not very well, and you’re acting unprofessionally. They never seem to care and worry that you have problems with an issue in your rented accommodation, Even when it’s a serious problem, but if you haven’t paid your rent in one day they’re quickly after you then.

Dear Kelly, We are sorry to see that you feel communication was poor, we believe your review is regarding interest in one of our rental properties; initially you would have received a response advising that due to high volumes of enquiries, we will be in contact only if we can offer a viewing. We did send another property that may have been of interest and better suited to your criteria. A call received on the 15th August highlighted that you were not happy with being offered another property and wanted to see the initial enquired property, it was explained that the property is not suitable for your search and your partner advised that you are not interested in the other offered property. We therefore feel we have been helpful and are unable to agree with your one star review. With many thanks, The Webbers Team.

Enquired about a property, they said they were waiting for keys. They just didn't bother getting back to me. Got a property with their nearest competitor 2 days later - 48 hours and in.

A very poor service!, and I will never Rent a property from them again. My daughter rented a 1 PILLAR BARN full of DAMP, MOULD COLD not SUCURE after only 2 months of a 6 month contract. They were useless, unhelpful and failed in there agreement to maintain the property. Eventually contacted Enviromental Health due to the very poor Condition. Only after this was my Daughter aloud to leave. Absolutely out of order the way we were Treated.......

We are very surprised to read your comments. We took the tenants complaint seriously and arranged for a builder to assess the property. He confirmed there were no structural defects and that the cause of the “damp” was actually condensation and mould due to a lack of ventilation and heating on the part of the tenant. However purely as a gesture of goodwill the landlord agreed to release the tenant from her tenancy and avoid further financial liability. It is disappointing to read your comments given that, when considering all the facts, considerable assistance was given to the tenant by her landlord and Webbers in order to reach a speedy and amicable conclusion. If you would like to discuss this matter in more details we will be happy to listen.
