Depending on the colleague that deals with your case can vary the service a lot. Initially we had several colleagues working with us, which meant we felt we were almost being harassed, which added to the stress of buying our first home. Some of the colleagues gave incorrect information and had a bad attitude. However as the process carried on we started to deal with the one colleague. Debbie is brilliant, she answers any and all questions and is upfront and honest. Overall the service is good and I would recommend, but do be aware of one or two colleagues who have incorrect information and don't have compassion during a stressful time.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one. As per previous reviews it really depends on which colleague you speak with. Kelly was amazing caring thoughtful and kind a real asset to your branch.

Had booked an appointment to view a house. I asked if anyone had viewed it already or was going to be viewing it, they said yes but it’s not a first come first serve system. They said all applications will be handed to landlord and then he can decide. Was a bit annoying to have a phone call to say that actually the house had now been rented. If I knew this I would have come to see the house eailer. Wish I had been told the truth to begin with.

During your initial telephone enquiry on 7 March we informed you that viewings had previously taken place but that the property was still available. We explained that given the high level of interest we were scheduled to carry out further viewings on 9 March and an appointment was made for you to view then. On 8 March we received instructions from the landlords to cancel further viewings as they wished to proceed with an applicant who had viewed the property prior to your enquiry. We immediately informed you of this and I am pleased that we were able to provide advance warning and avoid an unnecessary journey for you. We always do our best to assist people with finding a new home, but you will see from our email sent to you on 7 March that appointments can sometimes be cancelled. Thank you for your 3 Star review and we hope that you find a suitable new home soon.

Shockingly poor communication from Holly in lettings.

Dear Kelly, We are sorry to see that you feel communication was poor, we believe your review is regarding interest in one of our rental properties; initially you would have received a response advising that due to high volumes of enquiries, we will be in contact only if we can offer a viewing. We did send another property that may have been of interest and better suited to your criteria. A call received on the 15th August highlighted that you were not happy with being offered another property and wanted to see the initial enquired property, it was explained that the property is not suitable for your search and your partner advised that you are not interested in the other offered property. Some Webbers agents have got no empathy with people in regards to mental health problems while renting from them in Launceston . I think it’s absolutely disgusting, because they are working daily with numerous amounts of people I think they should be going on mental health courses how to react and be with people who are severely depressed with anxiety et cetera. The last phone call I made I had to drop the phone. I explained that I got mental health problems And I needed help with an issue, and she said I’ve got problems. What a way to act and speak to somebody who’s depressed severely with mental health issues ,I’ve got problems she said, yeah okay Mrs we all got problems, but I’m just stating a fact. i’m not very well, and you’re acting unprofessionally. They never seem to care and worry that you have problems with an issue in your rented accommodation, Even when it’s a serious problem, but if you haven’t paid your rent in one day they’re quickly after you then.
