Dear Kelly, We are sorry to see that you feel communication was poor, we believe your review is regarding interest in one of our rental properties; initially you would have received a response advising that due to high volumes of enquiries, we will be in contact only if we can offer a viewing. We did send another property that may have been of interest and better suited to your criteria. A call received on the 15th August highlighted that you were not happy with being offered another property and wanted to see the initial enquired property, it was explained that the property is not suitable for your search and your partner advised that you are not interested in the other offered property.
