We are very surprised to read your comments. We took the tenants complaint seriously and arranged for a builder to assess the property. He confirmed there were no structural defects and that the cause of the “damp” was actually condensation and mould due to a lack of ventilation and heating on the part of the tenant. However purely as a gesture of goodwill the landlord agreed to release the tenant from her tenancy and avoid further financial liability. It is disappointing to read your comments given that, when considering all the facts, considerable assistance was given to the tenant by her landlord and Webbers in order to reach a speedy and amicable conclusion.
