Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

Excellent service from start to finish!

From initial meeting to completion we found Simpson and marwick to be professional responsive and supportive Thank you

Very professional service, individually tailored to dovetail perfectly with our requirements. Would most definitely use again. Special thanks to Diane Jennings for walking us through the house-selling process and for her genuine enthusiasm for the property.

Absolutely delighted with the service of the sales team throughout the entire process. Di, in the early days, made sure I was completely confident with the process (reassuring me about COVID safety during viewings etc) Carole blew me away with her energy and downright doggedness throughout the viewing and closing date stage, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Alicia and Jennifer were also very efficient and encouraging in terms of what my property sale could achieve. I sold my house in 11 days but received a competitive offer on day four so was reassured very quickly that this was a great time to sell. I would certainly recommend the North Berwick sales office to anyone thinking of selling in East Lothian.

Thank you to all at Simpson & Marwick for making the sale of our late parents’ home such a smooth and stress-free process. Not only was it stress free but we were also delighted with the price and such lovely buyers. Both the North Berwick estate agency and the Edinburgh legal teams were incredibly professional throughout. Their friendly, caring and empathetic approach was so refreshing and greatly appreciated. Communication was exceptional and the systems in place are user friendly and informative. The client log in really is amazing. We would certainly recommend Simpson & Marwick to anyone selling a property. SD, MMac and IdeH

I sold my house in march 2022 I felt that Karen and Valerie had become my close friends the service you get is personal to you like your friends or family thank you for that.

A huge thank you to Kelly who was a great help with following up with other agents and solicitors on a particularly stressful purchase

Superb, thorough. friendly service all throughout. Special thanks go to Karen & Valerie for all their hard work and first class communication with us.. Many thanks Paula, Ian & Mary (ref 5 Squirrels)

I sold my flat 1 year ago. Paul Wood from Laindon branch was extremely helpful during the sale of my property. Constantly keeping me up to date, always returning my calls and offering advice whenever I needed it. The reason for this review is I had to contact Paul today and I received the same warm welcome I had always received for him. It was like chatting to a friend! He was able to help me and called me back to tell me what he had done. Excellent service!
