Absolutely delighted with the service of the sales team throughout the entire process. Di, in the early days, made sure I was completely confident with the process (reassuring me about COVID safety during viewings etc) Carole blew me away with her energy and downright doggedness throughout the viewing and closing date stage, and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Alicia and Jennifer were also very efficient and encouraging in terms of what my property sale could achieve. I sold my house in 11 days but received a competitive offer on day four so was reassured very quickly that this was a great time to sell.
