Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

The service, focus and professionalism I received from Simpson and Marwick was exceptional, especially Jennifer in the North Berwick office. It’s reassuring that one can still find a firm with a focus on customers and drive for results. I very much appreciate your guidance and advice you provided throughout the selling process. Iain

We recently sold a property with Simpson and Marwick who were both highly professional and offered a personal service. Everything from the initial visit to receipt of offers was handled with care , keeping us informed throughout. Special mention must go to Jennifer Lewis who looked after us so well. Highly recommended.

The whole experience of dealing with Simpson & Marwick from the initial meeting, advise on presentation, production of the marketing material and the handling of the sale has been exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling

I really appreciated Simpson & Marwick's experience in selling my property - they communicated extremely well both through emails and the phone. They conducted my sale without me even being in the country!

Simpson and Marwick are brilliant, they have kept us highly informed every step of the way, they are a very professional efficient team and each member and department are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone selling a House.

Simpson and Marwick were extremely supportive and I felt that the advice they gave was very well informed and showed a genuine understanding of the market. They were efficient and trustworthy.

Very helpful. We found them to be professional and reliable during our sale and we got a good sale price.
