Excellent communication with support throughout the buying and selling process

We cannot praise the Simpson & Marwick team in North Berwick highly enough. Their professionalism throughout the entire sale process was fantastic, as was their strategy for pricing to generate interest and then offers. Special thanks to Diane Jennings, Alicia McLean and especially Carole Seaton for her reassurance.

From the outset, Diane, Carole and the rest of the team @ Simpson & Marwick left us feeling like we were in very safe hands indeed throughout our house sale. They intimately understood the market and were very accommodating as to what we were looking to achieve with our house sale in North Berwick. Their communication was excellent and every one of the team was a joy to deal with. We were very happy with the end result and I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Thanks All!

My daughter had been looking for a flat for years and had experience of all the estate agents and she was adamant that Simpson & Marwick were the best by miles, she wasn’t wrong. When it came time to sell our family home in East Lothian, the North Berwick team were so experienced they made the right call every step of the way. They were professional and friendly. My house was on the market for less than two weeks. Amazing

The best I have ever used
