We were awarded grandly for our loyalty to this Estate Agent, having bought our Basildon home 22 years ago through them, and then selling the same house within a week through them again! Faces changed over time, but young, energetic and humorous agent Lewis and captain of the ship Karen and her staff, made the the tense time of legal language and calls and stalls very bearable.
