called by streets ahead to view a property in cairneyhill . took time off work and even took my young daughter along for the viewing . handed all.paoerwork in as required . got a email saying we were not successful in securing the property which is fine . I have no complaints about that I emailed back to ask in which area of the failed application were we unsuccessful so we can take this forward when viewing or making applications in future . I was blatantly ignored also phoned the agent and phone was blanked on numerous occasions very unprofessional of this company . cheers

This is an absolute joke and sham of a company getting people into short leases then stealing there deposits these people have no class and work with no professionalism they arnt estate agents there scammers conning evreyone out of there hard earned cash

My partner and I went and viewed a house and we really liked it but when asking questions regarding how long a lease we would get etc, they didn't know. I also sent a message after we'd viewed the house asking if they accepted pets as it didn't say anything in the ad. We never got a reply even tho the whole time we were viewing the house, she was never off her phone and even took a call while we there which was very unprofessional. We lost out on a house we wanted because she couldn't be bothered replying with a simple yes or no to my query on pets. Also kept saying we need to pay £150 upfront etc but knew no details of the lease etc. We would've lost this money and I wonder how many others have lost money. Would not use this company again.
