My partner and I went and viewed a house and we really liked it but when asking questions regarding how long a lease we would get etc, they didn't know. I also sent a message after we'd viewed the house asking if they accepted pets as it didn't say anything in the ad. We never got a reply even tho the whole time we were viewing the house, she was never off her phone and even took a call while we there which was very unprofessional. We lost out on a house we wanted because she couldn't be bothered replying with a simple yes or no to my query on pets. Also kept saying we need to pay £150 upfront etc but knew no details of the lease etc. We would've lost this money and I wonder how many others have lost money. Would not use this company again.
