Jason Ou is a serious Sales Professional. He knows the Kingston Hill market- letting and sales - intimately. He goes the extra yard, particularly during that important period post accepted offer until exchange. I had a very disappointing experience unfortunately. I was calling with an agent for half a day trying to organise a viewing, but he couldn’t get the keys. I was checking every hour, but he couldn’t reach the tenants. I said that I really want the flat and to please keep me informed. I offered a video as an alternative to a viewing. I left my email and phone, but no one contacted me. The next day I texted the agency again about the video to only find out that the flat is already let. Very disappointing and unprofessional! Even though I said I really want the flat they just gave it to someone else without letting me know. Who does something like that?!

By far the absolute worst letting agency in the United Kingdom. They scammed me into signing a bogus agreement that will cost me thousand of pounds. They were rude on the phone, rude in person and are completely unprofessional. Moreover, as you can see from the response below, contents of any sort of deal made with Belvoir aren't confidential, a very ironic feat for a company who deems to take their "work very seriously". They take advantage of foreign students, they won't let me speak to my landlord and now have released information about myself and my flatmates onto the internet. Unfortunately, it is quite clear that work is not done properly at Belvoir.

Not helpful at all - I would not recommend them or use them ever!
